How many homes will be built at Midhurst Valley?

The first phase of this master-planned community will feature over 300 homes, with a mix of 25' semi-detached homes, 36' and 44' detached, single-family homes.

What will the homes look like?

The home designs will offer a variety of selections inside and out. The exteriors will feature choices between Traditional designs that are craftsman-inspired with brick and stone facades, porticos, and porches, or Contemporary designs boasting oversized windows, fine linear compositions, simplified detailing, and more. The interiors will feature quality level inclusions, with the opportunity to design to your personal taste with a design expert at our own Inspiration Studio.
