Welcome to Austin’s new home benchmark, Easton Park. This is 1,500 acres of pure Austin living – an urban master-planned community connecting everything you love through parks, state-of-the-art amenities, and a small-town vibe. We’re talking about neighbors who drop off homemade cookies to welcome you to the community type vibe. Neighbors you can get out and walk with on the 13.1 miles of trails in the community. Neighbors you can meet at one of the many spots for chillin’ and grillin’. It’s more than just houses here – it’s the best place to call home.

A Perfect Union

They say “location, location, location” and that means more than just the city you live in – it also means the community and its amenities. Because your new neighborhood will likely be the epicenter of your activities for years to come, it’s important to choose one that will fit you and your family’s lifestyle. Located in the heart of Easton Park, Union Park will be home to The Union, the community’s 14,000 sq. ft. amenity center. This is where you build community. Where good neighbors become great friends. Where you create memories that will last a lifetime.

The Union is a special and unique place. It captures the funk and flavor of Austin with a resort-style pool, a club-style fitness facility, event space, outdoor fireplaces, and more. Outside, you’ll find a beautiful courtyard, fire pit, bocce ball courts, yoga lawn, and a resort-style pool.

The fun doesn’t stop there though. Sprinkled throughout Easton Park, there’s plenty to be enjoyed. You’ll find picnic spots with giant chess, cornhole, and ping pong (and what’s a better accompaniment to a night of cooking out on the culinary and grill stations than those?). For the kids, there are playscapes perfect for climbing, sliding, and jumping located in Bryant Park and Knob Hill neighborhoods. There’s also the trike track, located on Bryant Park’s Great Lawn, which is the perfect place for beginners to spin their wheels on scooters, bikes, or roller skates. Perched on one of the highest points in Easton park, the Easton Park Trolley is a great play spot.

When you’re ready to disconnect and find some inner peace (away from the kiddos), head to the hammock garden where you can relax, read, or take a nap. Or get moving on the trails! Whether you like to run, bike, scooter, or skate, our parks will have 13.1 miles of continuous trails surrounded by an eventual 10,000 trees to enjoy while you’re out. There’s something for everyone – some of the trails have paved surfaces, while others consist of natural dirt and gravel pathways.

Don’t know where to begin with all the amazing amenities to choose from? Let us help! We love events designed to bring everyone together and experience Easton Park to its fullest. The Great Lawn is one of our favorite places to host all types of fun from exercise classes and dog parties to food truck nights and live music. The biggest of all? The annual Parkapalooza. This rocking block party features live music, beers, drinks, sweets, and delicious eats. There’s always something exciting going on at Easton Park.

Deep in the parks of Texas

Easton Park is a community inspired by your favorite parks. Our collection of greens has been inspired by some of the most well-known parks around the world – all with an Austin edge. We celebrate some of the city’s original settlers with Kieke Park named after the family that owned much of the original land where Easton Park now sits. Skyline Park will be home to the highest point in the community, along with a 21-acre park and interconnected trails. Finally, there’s Union Park which is divided into two sections – Union Park East and Union Park West. Parks are the heart and soul of Easton Park and, at completion, there will be 350+ acres of parks to enjoy – each with their own great vibe and amenities.
