The community’s signature clubhouse, known as the Retreat, is the perfect place for entertaining or just relaxing. The space is the site of regular community events and can be reserved for private parties, such as weddings and graduations. Just across the Retreat’s courtyard is the private spa and fitness center where yoga and exercise classes take place.

Stunning resort-style infinity pool that sets the tone for both relaxation and connection. Framed by inviting gathering spaces, the pool creates a natural hub for everything from quiet afternoons to lively social moments.

The community amphitheater is a natural gathering place designed to bring neighbors together. Whether it’s hosting seasonal events, live music, movie nights under the stars, or simply enjoying a quiet evening outdoors, this thoughtfully designed space creates opportunities to connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories—all just steps from home

Living here means having many perks. Many of those perks are parks. Within the community you’ll find a park for kids and a park for dogs. There are beautifully landscaped parks and natural open space parks. Like adjacent Green Mountain Park or nearby Matthews/Winters Park, which are good examples of parks full of trails for hiking and mountain biking. There are also parks for fishing and boating like Bear Creek Lake. And there are even parks with world-class entertainment like Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater. But we’re just scratching the surface of all the places to see and fun things to do.
