Novella Four Plan
When we designed the Novella 4, we kept asking ourselves one question: “What if?” For example, what if a three-bedroom townhome could have one of its bedrooms on the main level? And what if that bedroom had a lovely walk-in closet? And what if we turned the typical downstairs powder bath into a full bath? And what if we could give both the dining area and great room a stronger sense of definition? Then upstairs, what if the owner’s suite featured a huge walk-in closet? And what if the second level not only included another secondary bedroom and full bath but a generous loft area as well? As you can see from the floorplan, to each of these “what ifs” we answered “why not?”
