Our New Home Counselor, Kelly Gilbert, first met Maricruz when she brought a client to explore Addison, a Brookfield Residential neighborhood in Austin, Texas. That visit turned into something special when her client purchased an investment property in the community. Maricruz’s client was able to find renters quickly, and she soon bought a second home in Addison.

Her client found the process so smooth, that Maricruz decided to invest in Addison herself. “Addison is a community I’ve followed for a few years,” Maricruz said. “I like the location and products. We did three transactions there last year! We were all really happy with the houses.”
