Utility Set-Up

Our New Home Concierge team will arrange utility service at your new home and disconnection from your previous residence.

Getting Ready for Move-In

1. Reserve a move-in date

To help coordinate the flow and space for your moving truck, it’s important to notify your New Home Concierge and HOA of your planned move.

2. Research moving companies

We’ve built a network of trusted and vetted moving pros, used previously by our homeowners with great feedback. We’re happy to connect you with them for a free quote.

3. Complimentary boxes

We provide a complimentary starter kit of cardboard moving boxes, which we’ll deliver to your home for added convenience.

4. Notify postal service & DMV

We’ll help you change your address with the DMV and forward your mail to ensure a smooth transition.

Smart Home Services

We’ve partnered with C&R Systems to deliver you the best in smart home technology with myCommand. Our team will help you prepare for your appointment with C&R where they’ll guide you through your smart devices and ensure everything is working smoothly.
