First she said yes to the dress – then she said yes to her dream home.

For John Licup, a mechanical engineer from Glendale, and his fiancée Jenny, a speech therapist, searching for a new home was challenging but exciting at the same time. As they planned for their upcoming wedding in November, they knew they also wanted to find a home they could plant their roots in together that had the space to grow for a family in the future.

After moving in at the end of July, John and Jenny are proud to live in a home with a spacious kitchen and living areas that can accommodate their supportive friends and family. They have already begun using The Resort and pool on weekends and they love having so many great neighborhoods nearby.

Their wedding is right around the corner, and their new home is perfect for their future together. John and Jenny truly found a match made in New Haven at Summerset.
