This year, we were honoured with an impressive 13 awards at the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA) 2021 Awards of Excellence including the prestigious Builder of the Year (Large Volume) for the first time. These awards celebrate the best in Canadian new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing. Over 700 entries were submitted into 53 categories this year and winners were selected by a group of nearly 200 judges comprised of industry professionals from all over Canada.

We are exceptionally proud of our win for Builder of the Year (Large Volume). This award was given based on leadership in design, sales, advertising, and customer satisfaction. While this year has been challenging – a global pandemic, unprecedented housing market highs and lows, and a rapid shift to digital-first tactics to keep our team and customers safe – we are thankful that we have been able to continue to build communities that are thoughtfully designed and provide our homeowners with a sense of place.
