Most recently it’s led Brookfield Residential to receive the Avid Benchmark Award for top-quality customer service in North America as well as our Hawaii, Northern California, Calgary and Toronto regions—an honor we couldn’t be more pleased to receive.

Brookfield Residential placed in the top 25 percent of all US builders for service provided based on Avid Ratings, the main customer satisfaction review and rating system in the industry. Using a foundation of homeowner surveys covering the home buying experience, Avid compares and rates builders throughout North America, awarding grades that ultimately reflect customer satisfaction—something of significant meaning to Brookfield Residential, as we value community above all else.
