Elyson House was the first amenity center in the community and is the location of many of the community-wide events held in Elyson. It is home to a fitness center, an open-all-year pool, a teen/family game room, and an event lawn. The pool features lap lanes, a beach entry, and underwater seating. Stop by and stay awhile.

Sitting on the shore of a 31-acre lake, this community center features two buildings full of ways to spend your days. Whether you prefer swimming or socializing, working out, or working out of the house, you’ll find just what you’re looking for (and likely more) at Lakeside Landing.

At 145 acres, Elyson Commons at Bear Creek is Elyson’s biggest amenity, where neighbors come together to enjoy everything from concerts on the Great Lawn to exercise classes at the Outdoor Fitness Station. Residents can also run with the dogs at the Pooch Playground, make play dates at Trailblazer Park, and enjoy many other activities in every season.

It’s bright. It’s colorful. And it’s oh-so-fun. (Just like its namesake.) Kaleidoscope Park features a large playground with whimsical drum-shaped swings, a slide with a colorful lookout, climbing structures, and more. An open lawn lends itself to creative play and fun events, while picnic tables under a shade trellis are the perfect spot for snack time..

Outdoor table tennis is just one of the things you’ll find at Union Park. But perhaps the best (and brightest) focal points are the stone-enclosed fire pits surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs. Gather here with family and friends and take in the landscape — with roses, native grasses, pine trees, and crepe myrtles providing some of the beauty. And don’t worry, there’s room for everyone, with plenty of tables and chairs (both shaded and open-air). Plan to stay for dinner — there’s a grilling area, too.

Located off Elyson Falls Drive near Section 16, Fireside Park includes a grassy lawn with lots of benches and colorful native landscaping, a shade pavilion and fire pit complete with scenic lighting, perfect for relaxation and good conversation with family and friends. If you’re looking for something more active, try a game of bocce ball, pickleball, or take a walk or jog on the 1.65 mile loop around the park.
