Two namesake lakes provide a place to enjoy the water. With a pier and dock to launch your paddleboard, kayak or canoe (or drop a fishing line).

The Square (planned to open in 2027)
At the center of Barefoot Village, you’ll find The Square — a vibrant gathering spot to start your day with a great cup of coffee, and end it with a craft beer. A pop-up farmstand, where you can grab fresh ingredients. Drop-in yoga classes at the open-air Grange Hall. And community events at the Village Yard. (All that, and a pool too.)
Parks and Playgrounds
Creative parks dot the Barefoot Lakes neighborhoods. Havens Park is the perfect picnic-and-playground place. Waterside Park has natural climbing equipment and plenty of green space. Hideaway Park has games like Can Jam and Cornhole. And Sunset Pavilion (above our entry monument) is the ideal place to catch an amazing Colorado sunset. And, as Barefoot Village takes shape, even more will follow.
Trails
There are miles of trails at Barefoot, winding through the community, surrounding the lakes and along the St. Vrain River. And a pedestrian underpass will take residents from Barefoot Lakes to Barefoot Village, making access to everything easy.
