What are the community recreational amenities?

Residents of Legado at Portola Springs enjoy access to 12 established village parks, plus two new parks within walking distance of home. Whether it’s lounging poolside, playing hoops or having a play date, it’s all just minutes from your front door. Neighboring Greenfield Park includes a lap and wading pool, spa, half-basketball court, tot lot, barbecues and more.

What are the monthly fees and taxes?

The homeowner association fees are approximately $245.05 per month to start and reduce to $205.27 per month at build-out. The property tax rate is approximately 1.03% combined with approximately $4,831 per year for community facilities districts and special assessments. What are the Sales Office hours, and where can I view the model homes?

Legado at Portola Springs Sales Office hours are 10am-6pm daily and 2pm-6pm on Wednesdays. During the holidays, the Sales Office hours may change, so please visit the Brookfield Life blog for any updates. The Legado at Portola Springs Sales Office is located at 146 Lost Hills, Irvine, CA 92618. To visit from the I5 freeway, exit Sand Canyon East and turn right on Irvine boulevard. Then make a left on Modjeska, right on Walking Stick, left on Big Oak and another left on Lost Hills.
