The Homeowner Association fees are approximately $125/month. The ad valorem tax rate is 1.00350%, combined with Community Facilities Districts (CFDs are also referred to as “Mello Roos”) and Special Assessments. Beverly at Eastwood Village Sales Office hours are 10am – 6pm daily and 2pm – 6pm Wednesday. During the holidays, the Sales Office hours may change, so please visit the Brookfield Life blog for any updates. The Beverly at Eastwood Village Sales Office is located at 131.5 Parakeet Irvine, CA 92620. To visit Beverly from the 405 or 5 freeways, exit Jeffrey Road and head east. Turn left on Encore to enter the village. Make a right on Parkwood, a left on Imagination Trail and another left on Parakeet. The models will be on your right.

What is the school district assignment for this neighborhood?

Beverly homeowners have the opportunity to attend award-winning schools within the Irvine Unified School District: Eastwood Elementary School within the village, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.
