During our response to COVID-19, we leaned on our health and safety experience and track record of innovation to enhance the ways you can safely and comfortably connect with us.
We continue to recommend virtual appointments and offer on-demand, self-guided new-home tours using myTime. We are adding more virtual tours to our online home profiles every day, and an online sales representative is never more than a click away.
While many of our sales centers are open, we encourage our customers to first engage us virtually before setting an in-person appointment or planning to visit us. When you prefer to connect in-person, we want you to know that we are committed to keeping you and our team safe.
Whether we meet at one of our model homes, sales centers, construction sites, trailers, or offices, you can take comfort in knowing that we have stringent health and safety standards and hygiene protocols in place. Our preventative health measures and technologies are designed and in place to help you feel as safe during your visit with us as you do at home.
