Beautiful brand new homes, a gorgeous 14,000-square-foot amenity center and tons of fun community events – 2019 was an amazing year at Easton Park.

It all started with sales opening at Skyline Park, an inspired neighborhood that will be home to the highest point in the community, a 21-acre park, interconnected trails and pocket parks. Featuring two- and three-bedroom single-family homes with up to 2,494 square feet, this new neighborhood at Easton Park is now home to 33 families and growing.

In March, sales began for the new single-family homes at Union Park. Featuring eclectic architecture and convenient rear-entry garages, these two- and three-bedroom homes offer up to 1,533 square feet, with pricing starting from the low $200,000s. Our first residents are moving in soon, and we can’t wait to welcome them to the community.

In July, we celebrated the opening of The Union, our brand new 14,000-square-foot amenity center. Residents can host parties in the event space, work out in the fitness center and meet up with neighbors and friends at the coffee bar and game room. Perfect for swimming laps, splashing around or just lounging on the deck in the sunshine, the new sparkling pool is the ideal warm weather hangout spot.

Throughout the year, Easton Park welcomed prospective homeowners and residents with some awesome events. People came together in March at Brunch on the Block for waffles, Bloody Marys and tours of the model homes. In June, Easton Park residents gathered in Bryant Park for some friendly but fierce competition at the East Games. And the fourth annual Parkapalooza was a huge success, with more than 1,100 residents and guests enjoying the party at Union Park.

Plus, we recently kicked off the holiday season with our second annual Easton Made event, featuring food trucks, a live DJ and unique handmade crafts for sale from local makers. These events have been great opportunities to meet new neighbors and learn more about the local community.
