It’s the most wonderful time of the year and your new Brookfield SoCal home isn’t far from the Inland Empire’s most wonderful events of the season. If you’re looking for fun ways to get out and enjoy the holidays, we’ve got you covered.
Ring in the month of December with the Ontario 5K Reindeer Run. This annual community race is a family-friendly event for a great cause. All proceeds go to providing education and recreational opportunities to local youth through the Ontario-Montclair Promise Scholars Program and the Youth Empowerment Scholarship. So, lace up those running shoes! The run is December 8th.
If you fancy a stroll instead, take an evening walk from your Inland Empire around the Mission Inn Festival of Lights in Riverside – a six-week-long extravaganza of one of the nation’s largest holiday light collections. This beloved Southern California tradition is a Christmas spectacle that should not be missed.
The holiday merrymaking doesn’t stop there. While you’re in Riverside, you’ll find not one, but two Winter Wonderland events this season. One takes place in Arlington on December 1st and the other at Orange Terrace Park on December 12th. Both events promise snow, Santa and tons of holiday fun for the whole family.
Finally, spend some quality time with Kris Kringle when you book your table now for Breakfast with Santa at the Ontario Mills Rainforest Cafe. It’s the perfect way to make Christmas memories for years to come.
With all that’s happening near your Inland Empire home this season, you’ll want to make your holiday event list and check it twice – then get to celebrating. Happy holidays!
