Just an easy and convenient priority registry system that ensures a fair process for those who sign up and pre-qualify with our preferred lender.

There are just three easy steps to start your homebuying journey with us:

1. Submit your information – Let us get to know you with the basics: your name, address, email, and phone number to start.

2. Answer some questions – Tell us about your current living situation: do you have a home to sell or are you currently renting? What’s your anticipated monthly payment?

3. Complete a loan application with our preferred lender – You’ll need to provide some supporting documentation to get pre-qualified like recent paystubs, W-2 forms, and bank statements.

Once you’ve finished the first two steps, you’ll receive an email with a date and time stamp confirming you’ve been added to our system. You’ll have to complete the third and final step before you officially secure your spot in line to purchase. Once that’s done, you can breathe easy. You’ll be invited to exclusive events, be the first to know pricing details, and get a sneak peek at the model homes before everyone else.
