Step 1: We’ve started construction on our most popular floor plans, in some of the most in-demand neighbourhoods in Calgary, pausing at the drywall stage of the build process. This allows new homeowners to personalize their home prior to completion. While you’re browsing our website, you’ll find myStyle homes noted with the myStyle logo.

Step 2: Once you’ve found the home that meets your needs and visited our Presentation Centre to purchase your new home, you’ll meet with a Brookfield Residential representative to select your finishes. You’ll visit The Studio, or one of our Galleries to select your interior finishings and the details that matter to you – like hardwood, tile, countertops and more.

Step 3: Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll get to work completing the final stage of building your new home. Before you know it, you’ll be moving into your brand new home that is a true reflection of your personal style.
