Get ready to take a sneak-preview visit to the new Brighton Crossings Venture Center even before the first stage opens next year.

Brookfield Residential has created a two-minute video rendering of everything you can expect to see in this multi-faceted attraction, which is due to begin to come alive next May. Click here to start your tour.

You will see a drone’s-eye perspective of all the elements – including water park, ball fields, picnic area, playground and fitness trail – and the way in which they will all fit together.

The video begins with a map of the general area, with orientation vis-à-vis the Crossings Bark Dog Park, shopping, schools and of course the Venture Center near Long Peak Street and Gamble Oak Street with its 7,500 square-foot fitness center. The Venture Center complex set on 17 acres also includes space set aside for disc golf, bocce courts, community garden and basketball; and the water park includes a separate adult pool with lap lanes.

It’s possible some of the plans will change slightly between now and completion of the entire project targeted for 2020. But the pool area is essentially locked in, with construction already underway. We expect to have that main feature ready for use by next Memorial Day, so begin making your plans now for the holiday! You can relax by the pool and dream about the additional Venture Center features springing up around you. It will be a lot of everything for everybody.
