We are honored to announce that two distinct neighborhoods in Playa Vista have been nominated for the 53rd Annual Gold Nugget Awards, which recognize builders who work to improve communities through impressive design, planning and developments.

Marlowe and Everly were nominated for the Residential Housing Project of the Year – Detached Project. We are proud to see these new luxury neighborhoods in Silicon Beach on the list.

In addition, Marlowe’s Plan 1 residence is in the running for Best Single Family Detached from 3,000 and 3,499 square feet.
