As a recently married young couple renting an apartment, Lauren and Jordan dreamed of someday owning a home of their own where they could plant their roots while still being close to Disneyland, Angels Stadium and the beach – all things that they love about living in Southern California.

When they came across New Haven, they knew it was the perfect fit. They loved the community amenities (including the pool with beach entry!) and ideal location near their families and their work. Plus, it’s just a short drive to their cherished baseball games and the happiest place on Earth.

As soon as Solstice opened, they toured the new models and instantly fell for Residence 3 with 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to grow. With a little bundle of joy on the way, they felt comfortable knowing they could start their new family here. They started taking the first steps toward purchasing right away, and before they knew it, they had closed on their very first home. Lucky for us, they have been sharing the exciting milestones along the way.

The benefit of buying a new home was soon clear to Lauren and Jordan once they were given the unique opportunity to personalize their own space and choose details that fit their style. Choosing flooring was one of the perks they were most excited about during the process.

Lauren put her great sense of design to work when choosing paint colors, and she loved watching her selections come to life alongside newly installed cabinets and countertops. She and Jordan enjoyed making weekly visits to their home to check out the progress until they were able to see their entire vision come together at the final walkthrough.

Once they moved into their new home, Lauren and Jordan couldn’t wait to invite guests over. With the spacious great room and kitchen, entertaining family and friends is now a regular occurrence. And after welcoming a baby girl into their little family in July, their new home now feels complete.
