It’s time to take the next step towards preparing to purchase at Mason, the new beachy brownstone flats making their way to Playa Vista.

At 12 noon on Tuesday, April 5th you will have the opportunity to establish priority to purchase at Mason. To move from the Interest List to the Priority Registration List, PLEASE CLICK HERE to review and complete our Path to Homeownership process on the Brookfield website.

The Path to Homeownership process will include the following four steps:

1. Confirm that you are already on the Mason Interest List. If not, you will join using your email address.
2. Answer three simple questions regarding your homeownership status. Is your new home purchase contingent on the sale of your current home? Are you currently renting? What is your anticipated monthly mortgage payment?
3. Complete the online loan application with the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Representative. The link will be provided once you complete this step on our website.
4. Provide supporting documentation to your Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Representative. More details on the specific documentation required will be explained once you complete this step on our website.
