Legado’s Model Grand Opening this past Saturday brought hundreds to Portola Springs in Irvine. The event took place on a beautiful sunny day, and guests enjoyed coffee, biscotti and other treats while touring the four new models.

Legado includes detached and paired new homes featuring 3 to 4 bedrooms, open kitchens and inviting living spaces. These highly anticipated new homes are conveniently located near Portola Parkway and CA-133, and homeowners will have the opportunity to attend acclaimed Irvine schools.

Didn’t get a chance to attend the Grand Opening? You can now tour the models daily. Stop by the sales office from 10AM to 5PM (Wednesdays from 2PM to 5PM.) We’ll be expecting you!
