With the little ones out for summer break, it’s the perfect time to check out these family-friendly destinations throughout Riverside County.

Spend your evening at Epic Rollertainment in Murrieta and roller skate with the whole family during their open skate hours.  Beginner lessons occur every Saturday morning, and all skating options are under ten dollars per person. Have fun skating under neon lights and check their calendar for fun-themed nights, like ‘90s night!

Head over to Pole Position Raceway  in Murrieta for some go-karting. Your little ones will love being able to drive a go-cart themselves and race against each other. Plus, you are always welcome to join in! This location also hosts summer-day racing, where your kids can spend the afternoon learning about driving and racing from 11am to 4pm on specific weekdays.

Bring the party home with you through Laser Apocalypse, which serves the Menifee and Murrieta area. This father-and son company brings all of the laser equipment wherever you would like, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. Kids and adults alike can take part of the fun, so invite your family and friends to team up and have a blast together.

Watch a movie in the park in Menifee throughout the summer. The city selects a variety of family-friendly flicks to play throughout the summer. Show up before the movie starts for picnic games, group activities, arts and crafts tables and tasty treats from local food and drink vendors.

Let the kids explore Pennypickle’s Workshop at the Temecula Children’s Museum, just a short drive from homes in Winchester. They will absolutely love the endless experiments, gadgets, gizmos, displays and activities available in each room. There are different exhibits to view, from a music room to a hot air balloon carriage lying on the middle of the floor!
