Of course, we have that, but we’ve taken it to the next level with a full apple orchard. Best of all, every homeowner is gifted a blooming fruit tree right in their own front yard. Not only do you have the beauty of nature right outside your front door, but you’re surrounded by expansive green spaces, parks, scenic panoramic views, and wetlands nearby. Take it all on one of the convenient walking paths that link everything together.

The Orchards is a community that never stops finding new ways to make every day more fun. The best place to start? The Club House. This 12,000 square foot community club house provides flex and banquet rooms perfect for any event. Outside in the eight-acre park, you’ll find a playground, a spray park, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, and fire bowls. In true Canadian spirit, the spray park and basketball courts transform into an NHL-sized hockey/pleasure rink in the winter. There are also many seasonal and monthly events designed by the Resident’s Association including book clubs, hip hop classes for kids, virtual wine tastings, and more. Don’t worry, we didn’t forget your furry friend! Construction is underway on a new dog park which is set to open later this year so all your family members will have something to love at The Orchards. In the meantime, enjoy one of the puppy play days where you can learn things like the basics of grooming or some new tricks and games.
