How many homes will be built in Ambrosia at Glen Loma Ranch?

Brookfield Residential will be building 77 beautiful single-family detached homes at Ambrosia – part of the Glen Loma Ranch community.

What will the size of the homes be in Ambrosia?

Our homes range in size from approximately 2,113 to 2,489 square feet of living space. New homes at Ambrosia will offer from three to five bedrooms and are designed for all family members to have a place of their own.

What is the neighborhood like?

Here at the southern gateway to Silicon Valley, Glen Loma Ranch unfolds across the gentle western foothills of Gilroy. The scenery and natural beauty of the area have a soothing influence on the neighborhoods, while the walking and biking trails and two community parks give Glen Loma Ranch a sense of vitality. Planned to encourage walking and diminish the reliance on cars, Glen Loma Ranch ensures walking to school or to the town center is a part of everyday life. Access to neighboring cities is convenient via US 101, and a Caltrain station in Gilroy is just minutes away. Glen Loma Ranch offers a connection to nature that adds to the vibrancy, tranquility and value of life here.

Is there a homeowner association?

As a homeowner in Ambrosia, you will automatically become a member of the Glen Loma Ranch Master Association. Dues at build-out may vary and range between approximately $88.02 and $171.25 per month. Subject to annual increase.

Do we need to get pre-approved?

Yes, all buyers will be required to submit a loan application to Charene Wigton, Caliber Home Loans home mortgage consultant. Charene can be reached at (925) 984-3996 or at Charene.Wigton@CaliberHomeLoans.com.

How much is the initial deposit to purchase a home at Ambrosia at Glen Loma Ranch?

A $15,000 deposit made payable to First American Title Company is required at the time of purchase and will be deposited into your escrow account.

Will I need to provide any additional deposits other than the initial $15,000?

Yes, a 100% deposit will be required for builder options/upgrades, and 25% will be required on flooring, counter selections and window coverings. All funds will be directly deposited into your escrow account.

Can we visit the construction site?

For your own safety, the construction site is strictly off-limits to the public without a sales representative. Please consult your sales representative for more information on how to schedule a tour. Please be aware that children are not allowed on any construction tour. Appropriate shoes and hard hats are required.

Will Brookfield Residential be cooperating with outside brokers?

Yes, the referral fee is 3% of the base price of the home and will be paid to the broker at the close of escrow. Registration must be made by the agent/broker personally escorting the prospect/buyer on their FIRST visit to the community. The prospect/buyer registration shall remain in effect for a period of ninety (90) days, after which agent/broker must personally accompany the prospect to the community and re-register the prospect. Previous registrations: if the client has previously visited or registered on the interest list via the website, a broker will not be eligible to receive the referral fee.
