In order to get pre-qualified, you will need to provide the following items to your loanDepot representative within five days of your phase release participation.

  • Most recent pay stubs for the last 30 days
  • W-2 forms for the last two years
  • Federal tax returns (all pages and schedules) for the last two years
  • Most recent checking/savings bank statements for two months to verify your down payment
  • Most recent quarterly retirement account statement and/or 401(k)
  • If you are paying all cash, bank statement to verify funds
