How many homes will be built within the community?

At completion, there will be a total of 135 homes at Waverly at New Haven in Ontario Ranch.

What are the community recreational amenities?

New Haven features amenity-filled parks for playing, green lawns for picnicking, a pavilion for summer barbecues and pools for making a splash. Experience the fun of resort-style recreation in your own backyard! Features include the following: family pool with beach entry, adult lap pool, kids splash zone, super playground with zipline, barbacue pavilion, firepit, picnic areas and benches, performance stage, plus so much more!

What are the monthly fees and taxes?

When you live at Waverly within the beautiful community of New Haven, your anticipated property taxes are based on an estimated 1.1% tax levy plus Community Facilities Districts (CFDs are also referred to as "Mello Roos") plus Special Assessments. The total effective tax rate will be dependent upon the price and square footage of your new home; which will include your base taxes, CFDs and special taxes. What are the Sales Office hours, and where can I view the model homes?

Waverly at New Haven Sales Office hours are 10am-6pm daily, 2pm-6pm on Wednesdays. During the holidays, the Sales Office hours may change, so please visit the Brookfield Life blog for any updates. The Waverly at New Haven Sales Office is located at 3906 S. Alexander Avenue, Ontario Ranch, CA 91761.To visit Waverly at New Haven in Ontario Ranch from the I-15, exit Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road and head west for 2 miles. Turn right on New Haven Drive and make a right at the roundabout onto Oakville Avenue. Continue around Picnic Park on your left, and make a left on Rutherford Drive. Make another left on Alexander Avenue and Waverly is the first community on your right.
