Before purchasing with Brookfield or participating in our sales release process, we require you get a mortgage pre-approval. You are not required to use Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Charlotte Odilla Chan for this pre-approval. You may use a lender of your choice for a mortgage pre-approval. This pre-approval is not a commitment to lend and when you are ready to move forward with your purchase you may use the lender of your choice.
