The Groves is a new community in Whittier set on over 75 acres at the intersection of Whittier Boulevard and Philadelphia Street. This historic site, a former state facility with citrus and walnut groves, has transformed into Whittier’s new must-have address. Modern neighborhoods, resort style recreation, meandering trails, plus hip and convenient retail will mark a location that is both storied and vibrant.

What are the Sales Office hours?

The Welcome House is open daily from 10am - 5pm, and Wednesdays 2pm - 5pm. Open by appointment only. Face masks are required.

How many homes will be built at Bayberry at The Groves?

What amenities does the community include?

Los Nietos School District offers an open enrollment policy, and requests are processed on an individual basis.

What are the taxes at Bayberry at The Groves?

When you live within the beautiful community of The Groves, your anticipated property taxes are based on the general tax rate combined with Community Facilities Districts (CFD) and Special Assessments. The total estimated effective tax rate for Bayberry will be approx. 1.45%. These rates will depend upon the price and square footage of your new home; this includes your base taxes + CFDs & special taxes. Please refer to your tax calculators and NOST reports for detailed information.

Do the neighborhoods at The Groves offer a broker referral fee? Can I add my real estate agent to my purchase for a referral fee after my first visit?

We very much appreciate the Broker community and the service they provide. The Neighborhoods at The Groves offer a 2% referral to Brokers who personally escort their clients to an individual neighborhood and register them on the first visit. It is really the one and only requirement. Thus, if they fail to fulfill this requirement, they have not earned and are not eligible for the referral fee.
