What are the community recreational amenities?

Playa Vista has 29 community parks and acres of open space. The Resort, the newest resident recreation club with resort-style amenities, includes a new two-level, state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor-outdoor spaces and a cool pool deck with an outdoor fireplace, cabanas, junior Olympic pool, adult pool and spa and kids’ pool and spa.

What are the monthly fees and taxes?

Residents are part of the Playa Vista Community Association (PVPAL) and a sub-association, paying monthly dues for the maintenance of amenities and common areas, including landscaping and parks. Monthly dues are approximately $245 for PVPAL and will be approximately $71.25 and $66.25 at build-out (with Phase 11 at $75.25) for the sub-association.

What are the Sales Office hours, and where can I view the model homes?

The Collection Sales Gallery is located at 12700 W. Millennium Drive, Playa Vista, CA 90094. The office hours are 12pm – 8pm Mondays – Fridays, 2pm – 8pm on Wednesdays and 10am – 5pm on weekends. During the holidays, the sales office hours may change. Please visit the Brookfield Life blog for any updates. From the 405, take the 90 (MDR fwy), exit Centinela Avenue and turn left. Continue on to Campus Center Drive and turn right on Millennium Drive. The Sales Gallery will be on your left. We’ll be expecting you! GPS cross streets: Millennium Drive and Village Drive.
