How many homes will be built in Crown Point at Stonebrae Country Club?

Brookfield Residential will be building 95 beautifully designed single-family residences, offering three floor plans that range from 3,965 to 4,678 square feet.

Is there a homeowner association?

As a Crown Point homeowner, you will automatically become a member of the Stonebrae Homeowners Association. The HOA dues are anticipated to be approximately $180 – $240 and will include the convenience of maintenance of all front yard landscaping, a portion of public trails and private streets.

What are the designated neighborhood schools?

Stonebrae Elementary School (K – 6), Bret Harte Middle School (7 – 8) and Hayward High School (9 – 12). As school assignments are subject to change, please contact the Hayward Unified School District office at (510) 784-2600 for more information.

How much is the initial deposit to purchase a home at Crown Point at Stonebrae Country Club?

A $15,000 deposit made payable to First American Title Company is required at the time of purchase. The $15,000 will be deposited into to your escrow account.

Will I need to provide any additional deposits other than the initial $15,000?

Yes, a 100% deposit will be required for builder options/upgrades and 25% will be required on flooring, counter selections and window coverings.

Do I need to get pre-approved?

Can we visit the construction site?

For your own safety, the construction site is strictly off-limits to the public without a sales representative. Please consult your sales representative for more information on how to schedule a tour. Please be aware that children are not allowed on any construction tours and that appropriate shoes are required.
