Your Safety and Comfort Matter To Us

September 17, 2021
Brookfield Residential Spending time with family Living Room

We’re here for you and our community during these times.

As government and health authorities continue to adapt and respond to local situations, as always our first priority is keeping our team members, homeowners, homebuyers, and business partners safe and informed. Through it all, we take pride in having remained accessible to our community, as well as customers who are currently in one of the many stages in their home buying and homeownership journey.

We appreciate that community is as important to you as it is to us. Given these constantly evolving times, our primary business remains providing essential construction as we supply housing, shelter and often much-needed affordable housing. That’s why we have remained open for business with health and safety top-of-mind from the beginning of the COVID-19 situation.

As we all continue to adapt to the new normal, our homeowners continue to rely on us to address their warranty needs – openly sharing revised timelines and integrating technology with our service approach. Homebuyers are counting on us to maintain open communication and strive to keep pace with their construction needs, right up to the day they will pick up their keys. Any community member who has found themselves searching for a home and needs a homes and community builder who can help them secure shelter for their family can turn to us.

More ways to connect.

Throughout our response to COVID-19, we leaned on our health and safety experience and track record of innovation to enhance the ways you can safely and comfortably connect with us.

We continue to recommend virtual appointments and offer on-demand, self-guided new-home tours using myTime. We are adding more virtual tours to our online home profiles every day, and an online sales representative is never more than a click away.

While many of our in-person sales centers are open, we encourage our customers to first engage us virtually before setting an in-person appointment or planning to visit us. When it’s possible and you prefer to connect in-person, appointments are recommended. Walk-in appointments may vary by location during this time, so please confirm online we are currently open before stopping by.

No matter what’s happening in the community where you’re looking for a new home, we want you to know that we are committed to keeping you and our team safe.
Whether we meet at one of our model homes, sales centers, construction sites, trailers, or offices, you can take comfort in knowing that we have stringent health and safety standards and hygiene protocols in place in accordance with each of our markets. Our preventative health measures and technologies are designed and in place to help you feel as safe during your visit with us as you do at home.

When you make an in-person appointment with us, we’ll have a few questions about your health and travel history at the time of your appointment to ensure the best timing of your visit, and we will be happy to continue to meet your needs.

To schedule an appointment, please contact your local sales team.
