Our commitment to service and to Partnership with our condominiums has allowed Brookfield to produce more and longer sustained manager-customer relationships than another management company by far.
Of the 260 condominium corporations that Brookfield manages, more than 20 corporations have been our partners for over 20 years. An additional 110 corporations have been with us for over 10 years.
Property Management should not be a high volume, high turnover business. Brookfield prides itself on keeping turnover of its staff and its clients to an absolute minimum. Partnerships should never be measured on a transaction by transaction basis. We know that we will prosper with you over the long term. |
